We have lived at Pinnacle Pointe for 3 years, and every year the management gets worse and worse. We had BLACK MOLD in our den and in the apartment downstairs. The manager refused to clean it, or fix it. They recently started a new parking sticker practice, and even though I pay for a car port and my car is REGISTERED with them, they put a big green tow sticker on my car and tried to tow it away. Rude letters, no customer service, rude girls working in the office, maintenence is awful: the car port FELL DOWN becuase of rust issues!!! Manager didn't apologize and took 3 months to fix it. We are moving out at the end of this month and so far they are already trying to charge us over $780 in MOVE OUT CHARGES. They are charging for crazy things, too: a vaccum fee, blinds cleaning, paint, carpet, dusting...anything they can think of to keep their money and try to rob you. THIS PLACE IS SHADY! DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING RIPPED OFF. We already have a lawyer and have contacted the BBB.
