Signed one year leased and couldn't wait to get out at the end of it. Stairs rusted out and collapsed. Repais only began after city of lenexa was called. Had two maintenance requests never answered. One maintenance request took two phone calls to get any action. Carport collapsed ... not fixed by the time I left. Pool not able to be open at the beginning of the summer due to maintenance issues. Not recommended!

I agree that the stairs rusting was a problem. Sometimes I also have to call 2x's for maintenance. But they are there and problem fixed on the 2nd time. From my understanding, the carport was hit by someones car and they had to wait on the insurance company to send the check to get it repaired. Not much can be done about that. So, the pool wasn't opened for a couple weeks. Big deal. It happens sometimes.

That's funny. The office told us that they couldn't do the repairs because they were waiting on the weather to warm up. Lies, lies and more lies. If you saw where it collapsed, you'd see that it collapes at the rust spot - if it was hit by a car, wouldn't there be damage elsewhere? There's not proof either way, but logically the car story just doesn't make sense.
