We have only been here 3 months and I hate it. I came home and found my bathroom floor covered in water everything was soaking wet. I called the office and they said they cant fix it for two days they then told me that it was not like this when we moved it. They said we did it. Yup we did it and let our bathroom flood comon!! we were at work all day. We have also had a bad problem with ants, nats and fleas. Can't wait to move back to our old apartments.

Yes they did call in that their toilet tank was leaking and yes they were told that it would be 2 days. But they called on Saturday, they were told that this was not an emergency, they have 2 bathrooms, and they were told how to turn off the water at the shut off vaulve to stop the leaking. Its unfortunate that they decided that it was more important to interupt the maintenance staffs private time off than to go 2 days with only 1 toilet. Every one is entitled to time off. As for the fleas, there werent any fleas when they moved-in due to the prev. resident not having pets. Maby their dog brought them in. Ants are a common issue everywhere, and as for the knats, this can only be a result of poor housekeeping issues. It seems if someone were so unhappy with their apartment, they would take advantage of the lease termination clause. And yes I am an employee of the complex.

I feel like this "employee" or should we say "Manager" should get a college education because she obviously can not spell! Maybe you shouldn't advertise that you have emergency maintenance if you do not provide it!

Well as an employee of pinnacle point or should I say a ---- from the German regime, education is obviously not a requirement just that you have to be hormonal, lacking any and all intelligence and have absolutely no respect for your own residents. I lived there for a year and have to say it was the most difficult and down right crappiest year I have ever spent at an apartment. But either way, if a bathroom has flooded running into a bedroom, then yes that classifies as an emergency. And when the maintenance men got hired they knew that it was possible to get called in on their days off to have to actually do some work besides driving a golf cart around.

Laffy Taffy, thank you! Funny thing is, that wasn't their day off. They had actually only been off for 15 minutes when we called. Sad, huh? She tried to make it sound like we are evil or something. . . it's good to see that people see right through them.

wow. I can't believe your staff handles problems like this. I was just researching this apartment to possibly live in, and that definitely convinced me not to move in. Thanks anonymous employee, I got my answer directly from you!

Everyone complains about the staff everywhere. Its hard to find a place with a decent rating, but the staff at this place are horrid. Its one of the worst rentals I have ever had, I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE.
