I would have to say that overall our stay at Pinnacle Pointe was fine, I wouldn't say it was amazing. We had an upper level 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. I really like the private carpeted stairwell. The apartment looked newly built. The fake wood floors weren't all that great and scuff somewhat easy. You might not notice it if viewing an apartment during the day, but the wall color is a very light tan, which wasn't the most pleasant color after awhile. Also, the paint is very cheap sherman williams paint, if you barely rub against it will rub off. We had no major problems with the apartment, they would fix everything within 24 hours. We could never hear our neighbors, and they could not hear us and we would watch a lot of movies and have a good amount of people over to visit. The electric bill seemed a little high for just a two bedroom, but we were able to get a free digital thermo from the electric company that helped out a bit. Snow removal was horrible, I recall getting stuck in the parking lot a few times.
I did not care for the staff. The main girl there at the time was kind of the stereotypical cute dumb blonde who tried to add me on myspace, she had photos on there of her in her underwear, I guess most would find that to not be very professional. She was somewhat rude to everyone that lived there. I always found it kind of funny that she had to drive her green VW beetle down two buildings. The manager was rude half the time, she told us that we had to have our carpets "professionally cleaned" which legally is not true in Kansas, which was pointed out to me by a lawyer that this was not true, that you just have to try and clean it as close as it was before you moved in with normal wear and tear. I was not charged for not having my carpets cleaned, but was charged $40 for not "wiping down the dust build up on the baseboards." Though they were rude in the office half the time the other half they were fine to work with and I feel that you could trust them to take care of things. I just was not happy being lied to about the move out.
Overall I would suggest living there, for the price it's not too bad. I would suggest knocking on a few doors in the building you are thinking about renting in and talking to the neighbors. Also, for their time ask if they will spilt the $200 referral fee! We had very nice neighbors. Also, the apartments are very easy to get onto the interstate from and very close to the mall and supermarket.

I agree with this posting on some points. The blond girl was really rude, but I hear she's not working there anymore. And my apartment also is very quiet. I have had only 2 problems with the people upstairs and noise, but I kmnmocked on the door and we had no problems after that. I dont agree that the office people are rude... They have always been nice to me and the maintenance is very fast unless a part is needed. I have just signed my 3rd year contract and would highly reccommend these apartments.
