Poor parking, if you like long showers then don't move here.
The hot water heater is so small showers will last 15mins max.
Maintinance attempted to repair the heater twice, and no change.
People keep to themselves, and no complaints about noise.
But there are a lot of dogs, and there are ocasional land mines.

In response to this review, as the manager, we always respond with in 24 hours to any maintenance request unless it is an emergency ( then it is immediate). We strive to correct the problem the first time. We are very pet friendly and have strict pet policies and do enforce a $50 fine if residnets are caught not picking up after their dog. |

ON the hot water heater, unless it gets replaced, it'll never get better. I had 5 minute showers the whole time I lived there. then it finally broke. Get them to REPLACE it. ASAP. otherwise you'll start to hate taking showers, or you'll start renting hotel rooms.
