I have lived here for 1 year and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Our apartment had new carpet, freshly painted walls, and new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. I love the LARGE walk-in closets and the apartment is very spacious. I never hear my neighbors, except for an occasional phone ringing. I always feel very safe in my apartment and very rarely have difficultly finding an apartment, but the furthest I have had to park was the next building over. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to work with you. Great pet policy, however you must pick up after your pet or you will be fined (but no one wants to step in it anyway, so this is a good policy). Maintenance is always prompt and fixes the problem correctly. I love it here!!!
