The apartments are fine, but the staff is horrible.

If you do have the misfortune of living here, make sure you get EVERYTHING a staff member tells you in writing.

They are notorious for telling you one thing and then a month or two later "the policies" suddenly change and whatever you were previously told is no longer valid.

They never tell you that "the policy" has changed.

Maintenance is a joke.

They respond in a timely manner, but nothing ever gets fixed.

I think as long as you have everything very well documented, you should be ok...just don't expect much from any of the staff.
