I've lived here for about 2 yrs now and in the process of deciding to stay or move on. They just now have had a management change so not sure how that is going to affect my decision. I currently live in a 2bed/2bath 1st floor apt.

Pros:
The place is close to I435,
close to restaurants and shops
close to schools,
Walk in closets are spatious
Like that you can rent washer/dryers for the hookups - it's probably cheaper to buy your own, but it worked for us.
Staff members that we have dealt with have been courteous.

Cons
If you have a heavy walker above you - you can hear it,
Sometimes parking was hard to find close to your apt if you came in late at night
You can see cracks inside - which suggest foundation issues,
Nails fr drywall on ceiling starting to pop out (have been since our move 2 yrs ago)

Overall - there are goods and bads to this place. I've had some neighbors leave after a couple of months because of issues and I've seen neighbors who have been here longer than I have.

Suggestion: always review online, go to property to view it, try talking to renters if you can. We asked lots of questions prior to making a decision and got a feel for the complex.
