It's not a horrible place but these apartments have been under 3 different management companies in the last nine months..
One of the office managers is extremely rude and so are some of the maintenance staff when we have maintenance requests.
Huge potholes took forever to be fixed.
My room was freezing all winter due to a drafty window that they refused to fix/replace.
But they have been improving how the place looks with the new management.
I'm still happy to be moving.

Guess they took my comment off the board 7/30/07... Us too... Now called The Dunes @ City Centerâ?¦These are crappy apartments that have been under at least 2 different companies since we moved in but they kept same god awful staff... One of the office (property) managers (Anjie) is extremely rude and just ignorant of the whole complex and occurrences of situation with her staff & our apartmentâ?¦ Rude and WT all around maintenance staff when we have maintenance requests. Huge potholes took forever to be fixed. Our room was freezing all winter due to a drafty window that they refused to fix/replace just cover with plastic still didnâ??t help ($100 power bill 1br apartment). But they have been improving how the place looks but itâ??s just for show canâ??t keep resident trying to pull new in all the time. Might Help to GET ALL NEW MANAGEMENT in the office and new maintenance staff that wonâ??t fight out side apartment yelling at the live in girlfriends. How about some maintenance guy I might trust to be in my apartment that wonâ??t steal $ lying aroundâ?¦ We have thought about calling Management but have noticed they are all friends and well what we have to say really doesnâ??t matter.

You really should know what you are talking about before you write a comment. The apartments just changed manamgement companies in Nov. 06, befor that it was the same company for like 10 years. They must have kept the same staff or manager for a reason. Because she knows what she is doing.

ad as far as maintenance goes why show up to your apartment and fix things you intentionaly break to have a reason to ----- and break your lease because you lost your job and have no money to pay rent so your looking for a free ride.
