I just moved in and I love my apartment. They put in new cabinets, appliances and everything else. It is like a new apartment, with the charm of an older community. IT is great! I am very happy, the entire staff has been great too! I am sure I will be here for a few years!

Bitter,spoiled people will always try to ruin a good thing. Wait and see staff will impress and as a matter a fact maintenance is here now fixing my A/C that just went out 10 min ago. I have been here 4 years and I promise you will love it and as far as Anjie goes she goes strickly by the book and for theoes people who try to slide things passed her and get caught.....this is what you get a bitter spoild tenant. I have seen them in the office plenty of times in my years here.

I thought Staff had to make responses here and let people know your thought are a little slanted since your STAFF not ANONYMOUS!!!
All we need to do is post all this in the Apt complex and you will get your real reviews!!! Maybe Staff can see the bigger picture!!!

Ha Ha! This is funny. The only reason this property now known as THE DUNES has a rating more than 2 is because the staff is hiking up the numbers writing reviews like this. The new remodeled apartments are a joke... Just a way to hike up the rent even more! Black appliances are a hassle to clean and the new office staff never returns phone calls or completes work orders. The clubhouse used to have a fitness center now they charge an arm an a leg at a facility they have a contract with. The office is about the only thing that looks nice. The apartments are swarming with spiders in the summertime and they NEVER clean the breeze ways. In addition, the parking lot is full of abandon cars at all times and they have the trash people come out in the middle of the night while people are trying to sleep. GOOD LUCK if you decide to move in there.
