Hey who else was told when they moved in they would get a remodeled kitchen in like 4 months from moving in right now year later are cabinets are all warped bc someone got them wet chunks missing doors and drawers that wont close and there only fiber board with plastic on them nasty counters. But were you told this all would be fixed and would happen in your apartment next soon but never did and the and then we were sent our lease agreement renew sheet stated that if you choose to move out in to the new remolded apt. it would be $300.00 ($575.00 our rent now) (I could live on the plaza for that $) more then what were paying now. But that if you didn t want to pay more you could keep your apt with NO remodel I m sorry but we signed our lease a yr. ago thinking in like 5 months we too were going to get the remodel NOW it s all changed

Hey we have also asked that are air filter be changed twice since we moved in never been changed in a whole year the dust is ridiculous.
Hey does anyone else s bathroom in a (NON SMOKING) apartment allegedly.
Bleeds some kind of yellowish, brown substance when you take a shower almost as if you had a heavy smoker before you that all they did was paint your walls to cover the discolored and the odor and the tobacco still bleeds though ..
When we moved in I could smell it and we were told it a non smoking room and that they just cleaned the carpets and that could be the musky smell or someone in the complex might be smoking Now we know!!!
Oh ya on the back of our building the stair case from the 2nd floor, bottom step is just hang a concrete step is just hanging from the stair case... WOW that s a safety violation...

Hopefully the new management will stand for what they say in the leases and Keep there promise.
