Since my move-in 2 months ago, I've been pleasantly surprised.
Landscaping is really nice, maintenance is prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Office staff is congenial enough.
Maybe the people who complain so much should pay their rent so they don't get evicted and see the nasty side of the office workers...
just a though.
For the money, they are nice apartments with a GREAT location and nice, spacious kitchens and bedrooms.
Oh yeah, and I haven't seen a spider yet.

Wow you really don't sound like you live there. And as for all who have complained on this site We all paid our rent we all were great renters... We are making known that these Apartments are awful and the Staff ..... wow hope you stay happy for how ever long your lease is...

the review from this person sounds like someone who works for or in the office..this website is for peoples views on their experience with the management staff and overall experience with this particular apartment complex:not for the office manager to say "you ppl out there who didn't like this place is probably because you didnt pay your rent!" and the office is the only one who should know about evictions-fyi I just went to view these apartments and they are ok, not a match to the price but ok..honestly please people if you are going to make a comment on here make sure YOU are a resident and DONT WORK for the apartment complex too.

this really does sounds like someone from the office! haha because these apt would be a waste of your time and effort to put any money into it! N by the way...I have paid my rent on time, all the time! n i still get treated like dirt from the office staff (especially by Suzanne).
