I live don the 2nd floor and HATED IT. Not only was the person above me loud, their dog would use the restroom in the apartment and make ungodly amounts of noise. There were drug dealers constantly getting busted. The swat team came through 3 times when I lived there. The one bedroom apartments are RIGHT next to the play ground so don't count on sleeping in on Saturday or Sunday.
