In the beginning I was pretty happy with this complex, as time went on things went down hill. There are many rules here at the Reserve, but not many people follow them. For example I have children and supervise them all of the time, but other children run around here like they run the place. They go unattended until late hours in the evening cussing and yelling. A group of children rangeing from the ages of 5-10 approx. came to my window and threatened my youngest child and told him (he was 3 at the time) that they were going to beat him up if he tried to talk to them again. He was trying to make friends when he was talking to them. Some of the children like to spend their free time throwing objects at the buildings, passer bys, and cars. During the summer season anyone under the age of 18 is supposed to be supervised by an adult. Now I understand that 18 is a little extreme to have mommy and daddy supervising you at the pool, but when there are kids that are 12 and under ( I have seen children that are about 4 yrs. being supervised by there 7 yr. old sibling)swimming in the pool I think that is a problem. One of the biggest problems is the trash receptical. The enclosure for the compactor has been broken since Thanksgiving. This is the 4th time it has been this way that I know of. There is trash all over the place, very unsanitary. I feel very sorry for the people that have to live right by that area. I have seen children playing over by the receptical and there is all kinds of broken glass and other hazardous items all over the ground. I would not suggest this apartment complex to anyone and can't wait until my lease is up.
