I could probably write a book on what's wrong with the Reserve. One of my biggest issues was with the manager and the staff including the maintenance. The manager was rude. She made you feel like your concerns were irrelevant and stupid. As did the other staff, if they said anything other than, "I don't know". Any time you placed a maintenance call it took at least 3 weeks, at least from my experience. And I felt as if I was nice to them. When they did finally come, it was unannounced, not a huge concern but when you walk into your apt. and are not expecting anyone, it kinda catches you off guard. I personally don't want anyone in my apt. without me there. The service done was half ass to. I had paint drips on my kitchen floor from when the maintenance painted something. Needless to say the staff was pretty much worthless and rude. I would definately not rent there if you can afford somewhere else. Not everyone pays rent there, so if you are one of the ones who pays over $600 for a 2br....go somewhere else. the staff alone is not worth your term there as well as other things...trash, bugs, loudness(you can hear everything above and below you, and outside).

I have lived at the Reserve for 4 yrs either these people are talking about some other complex or I do not live here which I do know that I do why not take your bitter self somewhere else this is one of the few liveable apartment complex out here some people cannot not be happy unless they are causing problems which it sounds like you... Sorry

N2life you are a Idiot and I suspect that you work for the reserve. I posted here before about the horrible living conditions, crime and drugs at the reserve. I have no reason to make false claims against the reserve as I never had problems with the staff or maintence crew and I always paid my rent on time also received all of my deposit back when I moved. I only speak of my own horrible experience there and want to warn others to stay away. Maybe you(N2life) are used to living in the ghetto! The reserve needs to be shut down!

I live at the complex and have for three years now. Though maintenance is kind of slow at times and the trash bin has been a big mess, generally I have enjoyed it and have not had one problem with crime, drugs, or anything else. The rate is very reasonable.
