I have lived here for 4 yrs now and yes there has been problems in the past. But I
took it straight to the office and it was resolved as promised. Over the years I have
had problems with parents not taking care of their children fighting cussing pulling fire alarms but when I reported it to the office those bad A-- children and their parents where removed. It did not happen over night because it was a process to get some of those bad seeds out but I guarntee you they are OUT OF HERE.. If you mind your own business and don't go around inviviting others into your apartment seeing what you have I am sure you will not be bothered with the burglerys folks who get their places broken into 95%of the time that person has been into their apartment before.. Yeah the trash has been a sore eye and still is.. But when you have residents and their friends and family bring their trash to dump and others hauling in garbage to dump how can you keep up I have seen folks with washing machines,dryers,tires, large pieces of furniture being dropped off right out beside the dumps how can you keep up I saw people wait until they move in to decided they do not want their bedroom mattress, headboard, tv's, microwaves where do they dump at the Reserve trash dumpers why bring all of that crap with you it was trash when you brought it with you... All I can say is lets keep it real people your neighborhood is what you make it and willing to make it don't let the bad seeds live next door to you call the POLICE get them put OUT
this is not a bad place to live...
