Where do I start' Each week a vehicle is abandon in the parking area of my building. Windows are smashed in, no license plates, flattened tires, etc. Each week the car is reported and finally a orange sticker is applied to the window of the vehicle to be towed. Vehicles are being dropped off for someone else to take care of getting rid of them. Parking is bad in the first place and this just adds to the problem. Police are called at least once a week for noise disturbance or whatever and that is just im my building not counting all the other issues of the complex. The Reserve is not safe! Several vehicles drive through to take care of illegal business, etc. I feel I have to run to get into my apt. to be safe and run to my car to leave for work. Maintenance does not pick up around the stairwell or grounds from trashy residents and their guests so it looks a mess when you have your guests over to visit. I always have to make an excuse for this behavior which reflects on the complex. The staff is RUDE! The only time they were nice is when I signed my lease and they took my money. From then on you don't ask for them to fix anything or to answer questions. They don't have a clue. Eventually, everyone whom has lived there or still lives there will get a clue of what this is bringing to the community of Lenexa.

I guess I have not had these problems. Yes, it is lower income and all and while there are some elements here, I have not had an issue with any. The staff is nice and I have never had an issue of what is reported here.

Sounds like you work for The Reserve! I live in The Trails apts next to The Reserve. There has been construction going on for months now and the residents of The Reserve are having to drive through The Trails to get in/out of their complex because the construction is being done at their entrance. I can always tell who is a resident of The Reserve because they are in hooptie cars, driving way too fast with the windows rolled down and rap music blaring. I fear for my saftey just because they are passing through my apts! If you don't see a problem hear then you must be blind...
