If one word could describe The Reserve: TRASHY

The only trash compactor in the complex was out of order for over a year. There is always trash all over the parking lot and overflowing out of the compactor. Tenants throw furniture into the compactor making it impossible for anything else to fit. Some people don't even bother putting the trash into the compactor. There are always a ton of kids standing around everywhere and the fire alarms get pulled all the time. There are just a lot of GHETTO people living here. Affordable housing shouldn't mean trashy and ghetto. Not the nicest part of Lenexa or Johnson County. There is also never anywhere to park near your apartment. Can't wait to move out.
