All of these reviews are false. I am a 1st year resident and have had no problems. It's as great as you make it. When you leave your trash laying everwhere so dogs can tear it up then what do you expect. Everyone needs to face the fact and pick up after yourself. Everyone likes to complain and talk bad about this place but they don't try to better it.

From your review it looks like you must be one of the drug dealers living at the Reserve, you sound like you are on something or you are talking about a different complex. Trash is not the only problem, open your eyes and look around you!!!
