Mainenance down the tubes

Up until the beginning of this month I have been very satisified with the way things were fixed in my apartment but, they resently lost the best 2 workers they have ever had. They now have a guy doing the job that is illequiped and not as experienced. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I first moved in I would have recomended this place to anyone, but, now I would not. Trash is a big problem as well. I used to see the other maintenance man out there on the weekends taking care of the trash and now I do not. What happened'
