We have lived here a little over 3 months now. In the beginning it was fine but over the last 3 months we have seen a slight downfall. The people above you are noisey, vaccum at all hours of the night, constantly yelling, dropping things, pounding on the walls and floor, people run up and down the stairs banging on the walls at all hours of the night. People park their huge trucks with trailers on them right in front of the stairs so you have to walk quite a distance to get to your apartment when you have groceries and would like to park close you CANT! Bugs are are huge issue. They say they exterminate every other month,. I dont see that it is doing any good. Over the last 2 weeks I have found roaches in my shower and bugs in my bedroom and kitchen. This is unacceptable and they say they are a reputable complex. They are never available in the office like the hours say, never answer the phone and never do what they say they will to fix the issue. They need more than just ONE dumpster for the complex. It is constantly overflowing with people trash and furniture. Half the time its just laying on the curb because some people are too lazy to put it in the dumpster or it is never emptied and over flowing. So THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE IT IS SECTION 8 HOUSING AND TRASHY!!!!
