we moved to the reserve about a year ago and it really appealed to us on the price the location and the model looked great. We did our walk through and the stove was loose the tile was not firmly attached to the floor and the smoke detector washanging off. they said that it would be fixed when we moved in. However when we moved in the smoke detector was not put back togehter and i hung my towel on the shower bar and it fell out of the wall. the maitnence is lazy and the staff has no clue what they are doing. they lied to us about deposites and when we wanted a two bedroom they said that we couldn't just move into one. we would have to break our current lease loose all our deposites and resign a new lease and permanetly damage our renters credit. Since we moved in it's been a scary experience. we have had to call the police multiple times on our neighbors and domestic violence. i get harassed everytime i come home by some lady asking me for cigarettes. the hoodrats sit in the street litterally yelling and making lots of noise. I watched 2 drug deals this week. this place is soo ghetto. so don't let the new paint fool you or the model home. if you want to live in the johnson county 913 hood live at the reserve
