Rosehill Pointe is an absolute dump. I have lived at several apartment complexes and have never had the problems that I have had at Rosehill. Maintenance is a joke... Our air conditioner went out 7 times over the summer. It became a weekly thing for it to stop working. The only reason that it was even fixed was because we threatened legal action. That seemed to scare them. Not too mention, they knew that I worked for a law firm.



They would leave notices about construction being done or the exterminator spraying your apartment on a certain day, however they were never done.



Talk about living in the ghetto. I had no idea that they even had places like this in Johnson County. The majority of the tenants are immigrants.



The noise is horrible. You can hear eveything from the people talking to the toilet lid being put down. I felt like I was right in the apartment with them.



The only thing that I liked about this place was that we lived in an area where no one parked in the carports, so we did. Parked in them for a year and never paid a dime for them.
