Don't listen to the disgruntal and negative comments that people have placed on this website visit the property for yourself and make up your own mind, most of these people probably never called the office to say anything regarding issues they had or probably didn't pay their rent anyway. It's too bad you negative people have nothing better to do than trash the place and the residents that live at Rosehill why would any quality person go onto the internet and trash an apartment community it's residents and it staff' Looks to me like they need to get a life and the place is better off that all of you negative people moved out. I've never had an issue with anyone or anything at Rosehill and wish that more of you would check it out you'll be glad when you do and you'll find out that this garbage written negatively is just not true.
