I have resided at Rosehill Pointe for eighteen months. Overall, my experience has been positive. I have never had trouble finding a parking space. My vehicle has never been broken into or vandalized. The complex is quiet - I have never been awakened, or kept awake, by neighbors or parking lot noise. The apartment itself is spacious and well insulated. In eighteen months, I have only had to file one work order. The work order was completed timely and correctly. The management staff, in my experience, has always been professional, courteous, and fair. Although I will not be a transient forever, I have enjoyed living here and recommend it to anyone - especially those climbing the ladder towards homeownership.
