A poor experience

I used to enjoy this place and it's management. However, since new ownership took over in early 2004, I have been extremly unhappy. Three weeks to complete a simple maintainance requests, rude office associates (except for Jamie, who tries very hard to make things right), and poor landscaping efforts are only the tip of the iceberg. Will definately leave when lease is up.
