Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2002-01-01

They raise rent and rates w/ out giving you prior notice.

They dont listen to their customers needs, concerns or complaints, etc.

Overall I am so angry w/ myself that I picked such a crappy place to live, because I know I am better then that.

Take my advice if your breathing, then you are too good to live at the Dumphill Apts.
