Rosehill Pointe

We have NOT enjoyed living here. The walls are very thin. The parking is horrible. When we moved in the apartment was not cleaned well, it was pretty disgusting. We find trash on our patio all the time from the wind blowing it in from the yard and parking lot. It's funny how they water the grass near the entrance, but not anywhere else on the property. They have made false promises, by saying they're were going to be putting washer and dryers in the unit and we still have not seen one. They said that the clubhouse on the west side of Gilette was going to be finished within a few months of moving in, here it is two years later and still no progress. They've now recently started allowing agressive breeds. We have complained numerous times about people walking their pit bulls off leash and still nothing has been done. It is not very safe for little dogs or the small children playing in the area. We will not be back anytime soon.
