I've lived at Rosehill Pointe for just over 4 years. I've been thru 3 management companys and I haven't counted how many office people. It takes 6 months to get anything fixed, and I'm still waiting to get a door fixed almost 2 years after I moved into this apartment. If I turn in a notice to move, they can rent the apartment out from under me, I can't withdraw it. I've never heard of such a thing.
