When i moved in I specifically asked for a 9 mo. lease because i was not sure what i was going to get. Well here it is. Me and my best friend are 21 year old college students that enjoy life to the fullest. We were probably the neighbors you disliked, but we really enjoyed our time here. Our neighbors had their downsides but were friendly. I mean its an apartment, everything is not going to be perfect, and it wasn't, but it works. I agree that the office could use a little work but overall friendly. I would recommend it for people under 30 other than that no.
