We have lived at Rosehill Pointe for 5 years and there are good things and bad things about this complex. Bad things: 1. Walls are thin between apartments(between upstairs and down)is not very good especially in the bathroom. We have had 4 different downstairs neighbors and 3 of them have had steros which sounded like were in our apartment. 2. Not enough parking in several areas. 3. General upkeep is not good. The indoor/outdoor carpet outside our door was terrible when we moved in and 5 years later it still has not been replaced and is awful. The laundry rooms were very bad and not kept clean(other than a light spot cleaning)until recently when they remodeled them. Grassy areas are full of dog feces so beware(management did try to correct this by putting doggie trash cans in several areas of the complex but this did not work). The apartments are just generally going downhill from age. Lots of -------- are moving in and a lot of them don't speak English(').
Good things: 1. Lots of space between buildings 2. Quiet area(usually). 3. Every time we have called the maintenance staff they responded quickly. 4. Office help very friendly and responsive. 5. Not much crime that we know of(have reason to believe,however that crime rate is increasing). 6. Most of our neighbors are very nice people. 7. Inexpensive rent and good value.
Overall Rosehill Pointe has been a good place to live especially for the price

i have lived here 4 years and dont see some of the problems you see--they have improved so much since i moved in--they did indeed fix up laundry room and mail room and other club house. the lawns are kept up too. the only problem that you see that i see too is too much dog feces. that does appear to be big problem. tenants should be fined if caught. i love it here!!

What's wrong with -------- moving in? You racist prick, this is America, not everyone is going to speak english. All beacuse someone doesn't speak english doesn't mean they are bad neighbors! I speak French, are you going to say I'm a bad neighbor or is the brown skin the only thing that qualifies as "bad neighbor" in your close minded book?!
