This complex was by far the worst living experience i have had. It tooks weeks for maintenance requests. The police where constantly picking up other tenants for crimes and when i had a package delivered their it was stolen by someone in the office who had a key to the locked closet that all gifts where kept at. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

There has been no theft of any kind, the above comment is from a previous resident who moved and did not leave a forwarding address. We were nice enough to notify her and agreed to keep her package in the office for her for a few extra days. The resident failed to pick up her package and after 45 days and several attempts to contact her, with no response, we sent the package back to its original sender. She neglects to add that we had received numerous packages for her in our office and there was never a problem with anything before. Our maintenance department prides themselves on a 24 hour response time to any issue that is brought to our attention. As for the safety of our community or the presence of police if you have any questions about that feel free to contact the Lenexa Police Department for factual community statistics. We would encourage anyone that would like more information about Rosehill Pointe to contact us directly at our leasing office.

The post from the rosehill team is bogus. I am the previous resident. I did leave a forwarding address and 3 phone numbers and when my package was delivered here and not my new home i was never contacted. Not once! The only reason I found out my package was delivered to the incorrect place was the person that sent it to me asked if i had received it. The package was worth $500.00!!! And my package was never sent back to the original sender because it had a tracking number on it and once it was received at Rosehill point that was the last destination. Period. I think the above response is pathetic. You're just trying to cover up your dishonest employees. Unfortuntely we trusted your office and in the end got screwed out of a $500.00 wedding gift. You're just lucky I didn't sue.
