They wine and dine you in the beginning, but it's not worth it!!

At first it was a great apartment. Good size for the money. Then the problems started. We have black mold in our apartment. The pipes leak from the people upstairs. Both of my vehicles have been keyed badly.

My sliding door to the patio has been frozen shut twice and it was so bad the first year they replaced. Only after waiting two weeks for it!! And it was frozen open so they put up plastic sheeting and tape in the middle of winter. We had to get spray foam so we could keep warm.

The smaller bedroom where my kids sleep is so cold we had to get a space heater to keep them warm. Master shower leaked three times into my closet ruining clothes and shoes. They didn't care. After the third time they fixed we didn't even bother using anymore. Don't want to chance it.

The office staff is a joke and rude as hell. After they fixed the pipes leaking by the dining room wall it was fine. Then all of a sudden four months later it doing it again. They haven't even sent a plumber out. Asked the manager about it and she says I don't know anything about it and I don't have time. Isn't it her damn job to stay abreast of situations and incidents going on in her apartment complex???

I got so pissed off that I told them we're breaking the lease. Also that we're not paying the $1,500 early termination fee. Then they try to stick us with staying 60 days before we can leave. Ugh NO!!! My husband told her no after I did and she tried sweet talking him into transferring to another unit. Sorry you guys offered that 6 months ago and didn't find us one. Then she tries to say that it clearly states in the lease you have to give a 60 day notice to vacate. I loved what my husband told her. He said it also says that if we report a maintenance problem your suppose to fix it promptly.

Needless to say we're leaving at the end of the year and not paying any fine. You got 8 people living in apartment #--- with 5 vehicles. They also have been seen sleeping in their vehicles. Yeah I feel real safe. Some strange man sleeping in his truck when I come home around 11 pm and the damn security lights aren't working AGAIN!!! Stay away from this place. It's horrible, a health hazard, and not worth the headache.

I had very similar circumstances - apartment was filthy when I moved in and little has been done since. Now a water leak that they don't want to fix. I'm out of there as soon as possible!

it is I, ---------- sleeping out in the car, i watch you every night basking in the black mold and oh yes it is sooo cold isnt it?!?! please dont move! get a life please you are ridiculous. i have never had a problem here, sounds like its time to move on.

The truth of the matter is: We have received several complaints about this resident, there is nothing at all wrong with their apartment and stil they are not happy, and they have paid almost as much in late fees as they have in rent. It is a blessing when residents like this come in and say they would like to move. It never feels good to have to force them, it is easier to let them think that it is all their idea and take a monetary loss.

A blessing when residents want to move? That says a lot about the mostly incompetent staff. We have mold, broken doors, vent does not work in bedrooms, birds living in the freaking roof, leaking kitchen floor and not to mention the whole front face of the sink cabinets just fell off!! That is just our second apartment. I won't even get start on the first POS they put us in. We have had no complaints on us ever yet management is just as rude to us as they are to the above prior residents. No is just not happy. No one makes up these types of problems in their living space. REALLY! Grow up! We did what was recommended above and just transferred to another unit. That was a big, big mistake. The same jerks still remain in the front office and I should have known that if our current unit was problem ridden, the next one would be.
Do you know that if you go month to month at this apartment they tack on $300 extra dollars! Name one other apartment complex that does the same thing (that they donā??t own). If you are looking for an apartment, DO NOT, DO NOT, even consider this place. Biggest waste of three years and a lot of money. I just gave up and started doing the maintenance myself. I will soon be out of this God-forsaken place and will never look back.....unless it's with an attorney.
