Rosehill Pointe

Maybe I'm living in a good building, which I think has a lot to do with it... but I have no problems. Although I'm pretty sure if we had a maintenance issue that it wouldn't get taken care of very promptly, based on the fact that I tried to have some things looked at when we first moved here, and nothing ever happened. Luckily they basically worked themselves out, or I'd be pretty mad.

But yeah... I never hear any neighbors. I rarely have to park to far away, only when I get home late at night. I'm never afraid walking around in my parking lot or to my door. I like the size of my bedroom. The shower was kind of gross when I moved in, even after I cleaned it hardcore... but whatever, it works. My roommate and I have probably never been on time with rent, but we've never been called on it, no late fees or whatever, so that's cool as hell. Also... no deposit!! That's a life saver, moving is expensive enough as it is without having to worry about that crap too.

Overall, it is DEFINITELY not the worst place I've lived, that prestigious award goes to Ridgeview in olathe by a landslide. I'd probably recommend this place though. Not the best, but not the worst either. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
