I moved to Rosehill this summer and got a great deal. $699 for a two bedroom two bath with hook ups and a fireplace! I love love love the location, close enough to walk to the grocery store and the bank. The complex always looks nice and my apartment was almost perfect when I moved in (only a few marks on the counter top). I think these apartments were built in the late 80's but they still look nice and my plan is really big, over 1000 sqft. I haven't had a maintenance problems so I can't speek on that, but the office staff is always nice.
