I have had few problems over the 3 yrs. I have lived here, but they were taken care of by the staff in a very timely manner. One evening last summer when I got home from work at 11:30 pm and discovered my air conditioning was out and it was close to 90 degrees in my apartment I contacted maintenance and someone came out that night and hooked up one of the portable units until my unit could be fixed the next day. The grounds and common areas are very well maintained by the staff, but sadly there will always be tenants that choose to disrespect the property and their neighbors. Fixtures in the apartment are older and some need to be replaced but its very reasonable rent and a great location.
