If you are looking for a rude staff, this is the place. I believe you would fit right in------------------ or whatever name is just to rude. But what's worse, her boss/property manager --- endorses her to continue to be rude to here tenants. They both just have an overall negative attitude. Don't be fooled. At first, they seem very nice and caring but looks can be deceiving. The minute you sign your lease, you become one of there many tenants who are heard. You're just a "sale" to this staff.

I would have to disagree. I like ------ and --- both. They have always been more than helpful, to myself and my family. It's sad with websites like these, b/c the only people it seems that write posts are those with negative perspectives. Not only do myself and my family live here, but have referred my MOTHER and friend to stay here. They are always plesant and it's just an all around great place to live.

Rosehill is nice and well kept. I have never had a bad experience with the office staff.

I agree with the original writer. This apartment complex lacks a lot in proper customer service. They do not have it together and has made the experience of living at rosehill apt. a nightmare.
