The first year was pretty run of the mill, but during the second year of lease @ Rosehill, the staff changed, became uncaring, and any maintenance went down hill along with it.
I've had the same leak in my apt, that happens ever time it rains any significant amount, for a year! I hear my upstairs neighbors at all times of the day as well.

I dont know where you live but I doubt that it is at Rosehill Pointe. Have you been in the office lately? All the girls are really nice and a couple of them are cute as hell!

I lived at Rosehill until recently and I have to echo the sentiments of the original poster here. Yes, the staff is mostly nice, but they are not helpful at all. My door would only stay shut if it was locked. I called them every two weeks to come replace or fix the extremely bent door frame, and by the time I left it was still they same. They were all very nice, but clearly not very big on the follow-through. In other words, nice does not equate high quality.
