I love my place! My rent is cheap and my apartment is huge! One of my buddies got a place at the Trails and he pays $220 more than I do for less room. Rosehill isn't the newest but it looks good anyway. I have an awesome time here. My neighbors are cool and I never have any problems. I met all the office girls at the pool party last summer and they were a blast. It is relaxed here but they don't take any crap either, if you are loud you get a notice from the office. I know because I got one after my KU victory party. Oops! Sorry office ladies, I'll be quiet from now on :-)
