Recently moved in and at the time I didn't even have my keys a full day before the leasing agent I worked with, who by the way was HORRIBLE! Called asking did someone explain about my lease when I asked what she meant to said 'o never mind'. When I picked up my keys she did not have my paperwork and keys ready (she was off work that day) and hadn't explained where my apartment was, shown me around or anything. I should've asked to which agents because almost everything she told me from day 1 wasn't true or she left out things. So far the apartment is okay but so far the office seems very very unorganized and are randomly giving out information to new residents.

Dont worry. The managers and the leasing agent will find some way to make it your fault and reply to your post on here. The need new management and new office staff. For the leasing industry to have such a high turn over rate, these girls don't leave. Probably because they can continue to treat residents like crap and be rewarded for their behavior. Injustice!

Your responses are so sad. I have been at this complex for over a year, and wish I had moved here much sooner. Everyone that works at Rosehill are the best...everyone is friendly, they bend over backwards to help you out. I hope the staff never changes. I have been at complex's where they don't care at all about you...lived at one for 5 years...then I came here. It is sad to see individuals knock a real good place to live. I have referred many people over here and they all love it. Maybe you need to learn what bad is before you knock a place where you live.
