I have lived at Rosehill for so long that they call me the Mayor of Rosehill Pointe. I love living here so much that when I needed a larger apartment I did not even consider looking at other places. I just moved to a bigger one right here. The maintenance is excellent. The guys are all great. They fix things right away and do not leave any mess, which is great because I am really a neat freak. I don't know what some of you mean on your posts that the staff changes so much. The shortest one there is a leasing girl and she has been there for 1&1/2 years. And as far as the office staff goes, maybe you complainers got thrown out. They don't take any crap. The manager will kick you out if you create any problems. Or maybe you are that person that got fired and you are just mad. You need to get a life. I drop in there all the time just to chat with the girls. I have never seen or heard any of them be rude. There is always a friendly, fun atmosphere in the office and all the ladies are sweet and helpful. Being I have lived here so long I have gotten to know alot of other residents and almost all of them feel the same way I do.
I highly recommend it.

Wow, you mean they have you an air conditioner that acually works, cabinetry that stays together, no wildlife in your roof? And you say when you go into the office, it is a fun and friendly environment suggesting that someone was actually there? You are one lucky manager ... I mean employee ... I mean resident. Again, I encourage anyone reading this not listen to the management's sales pitch. Ask residents currently living there of their expriences and condition of their current unit. I imagine that after the entire staff has pissed off so many people, they should have an attitude shift by now but if not, I would not be suprised.
