My fiance and I went and looked at these apartements and they are so horrible built!!! We both work in the construction industry and these honestly looked like they weren't finished or built with any quality. The model looked great but when we went to do a walk-thru and write down what they needed to fix before we moved in and it turned into a 3 page punchlist on an apartement that has never been lived in. The walls weren't straight, neither were the countertops, all the drywall was unsanded and bubbled (you can see every single nail hole and tape line and the walls and ceilings are textured!) The brand new dishwasher was dented in more than 1 place, light could be seen through the weatherstripping on both outside doors (he could poke his finger through to the outside without opening the door), transition strips were missing between carpet and tile, the carpet was stained, there were holes in all of the caulking, cabinets weren't level, every single door hinge was covered in paint and caulk, etc, etc.... the list goes on and on.... Also, they conviently left out the fact that there's a double wide train track less than 200 feet away. Frankly, neither of us could honestly go to work in the morning and tell our co-workers how much we would be paying to live in that place. We are both amazed that they charge over $1000 for that horribly built place. Oh, and did I mention we looked at a 1st floor apartment and there was already structural settling... I suggest stearing clear of this nightmare!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

The noise from the train and highway are horrible. I can't even have my windows open and watch TV because of the noise. My bathroom and kithcen floors have paint and caulk splattered on them and I have trid to get it up with no luck. I definately will not be renewing my lease when it is up. If you are considering living here I suggest you think long and hard about how the noise will affect you. If you like to have your windows open and sit on your patio truly consider the noise level....after awhile it will drive you crazy!!!

You should try paint thinner to get the paint and caulk splatters off the floors, it usually works best.

We live here and the apartment backs up to the highway and traintrack and it doesn't bother us. We knew about it when we moved in.
Only dissapointment has been the staff has turned over too quickly and they've been slow to finish the property, but overall we like it.

I forgot to mention that the construction guys left screws in our carpet. I fished one out that we had been stepping on but couldn't figure out what it was. Did I mention we have an infant daughter that puts EVERYTHING in her mouth. Not impressed with constuction. Wondering what the guidelines are to pass inspection on apartments?
