Nice place, too expensive, noisy recently

I have lived at The Trails for almost 3 years. It's true that the Mgmt. staff is excellent and they address maintenance requests immediately. Also, the grounds are very safe and secure. However, we've had many issues with noise recently. I think there are about 7 people living in the apartment underneath me and they are loud until well into the night. Their kids run around screaming. They play basketball against the building. Ugh. Other than that - It's a little pricy, but worth it for the area, excellent staff, and convenience. If you can afford it, I'd totally recommend the place, just don't get my noisy building.
