Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2002-01-01

I lived at the Trails when they were first built.

The company that owned them at the time had an excellent office staff.

Once the apartments were sold and the new company took over, the office staff changed.

The new faces were rude and didn't care about my concerns with my apartment.
These apartments have the lowest grade carpeting.

After 6 months it looked like it was years old! Also, I would sit on my couch and I could see spiders crawl in under my door! This was disgusting! I would not recommend this community...the apartments were built as fast as they could be and that really shows once you live there.

Think twice about this community.

Way too much money for such a small low quality space!
