Water bill

I love these apartments and have lived there for 2 years, but am considering moving due to the fact they have implemented an idea to have the tenants pay part of the water bill. Apparently they are going to monitor the buildings water usage and the cost will depend on the number of tenants. The amount you pay in rent is enough let alone starting to charge for something else. Besides that, I love the area and staff.
