Next to GHETTO apartments = bad people

The trails are nice, but right next to you is the Ghetto apartments and constantly these people are coming over on our grounds are breaking stuff, swimming in our pool, breaking into cars, attacking people and causing lots of noises.

If they would get rid of "The Reserves" it would be better.
