People that write in to the Apartment Ratings sure do alot of complaing. They are apartments not a mansion. People complain to much.Give Give and all they do is COMPLAIN. People call and need something done in their apartment and the maintenance guys are there as so as possible. The office people are very nice and frendly. The outside crew are nice also and I always see them working hard. There are times I would like to see Dave Wheeler back at the property. When I snowed the maintenance people were right out there at 6:30 in the morning and working hard. They did it for 2 days and all they had were shovels, no snow blowers. I don't know how many people stopped in the office to say THANK YOU but I'm sure not to many of you. Yes, I understand that's their job but it would still be nice for resident's to stop in and say THANK YOU. I hope to see some new faces at the Trails Apartments because It's a great place to live. We have a lot of fun at the Trails.
