The office staff is rude and maintance requests don't get processed. Additionally the place is loud and overrun by teenagers that leave beer bottles lying around and drive way too fast through the complex. Has our rude and slothly management addressed this' No! It is becomming way of life at The Trails. The crime from the apartment complex next door has migrated over here and no one is willing to address the problem. Add on top of that the sudden need to pay a water bill when tenants are already paying outragiously for rent and our entire building is counting the days until the end of their lease. Save yourself the trouble and don't move in.

Oh and on a side note, parking sucks bad. There is one assigned spot for you so dont' try and have two cars or guests over - you might as well park at Shawnee Mission Park and just walk over.
Secondary side note - the building's are very poorly built! The carpet rips within a few months of moving in and the paint flakes off of the walls. Good luck trying to get maintaince over to fix these :)
