I did not have a problem with this place until I got home for a business trip and I noticed a noise complaint on my door even though I was not even home.
I brought it to the attention of management and they said they would investigate.
Well...
I just received another one today telling me that they will evict me if I get another noise complaint.
They said my TV is on too loud and they hear loud banging sounds until 1 am.
That is kind of funny considering that I do not stay up until 1 am.
I know my habits and I have never had a party here and I know that I am not a noisy person.
I know the noise is coming from my neighbor but naturally the Spanish guy gets blamed for it.
I do not think I am the right color for the apartments.
I am glad that my dad is a lawyer for the Kansas City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce because if I receive one more note that is unwarranted I am just going to have to have a little talk with him about being forced out of my apartment because I do not fit the typical Trails color profile.

Well, ------ and --------- certainly aren't a model race. Hey, I don't want to live near ------ and --------- who totally trash the place. That is what they do ya know. Why are YOU there? The Trails should be WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for you and the black folks. What is this? Section 8 in Johnson Co? Take to KCK Please, thanks!

This is complete BS!!! Anyone should have the right to live in these apartments and I truly appologize to the the tenant that had to deal with reading this ignorant email from the SusanB who is 40 freakin years old. Welcome to 2005 B$#@*!!!!!!

Wow, KCguy, I hope you got your situation sorted out. I also hope that other people reading this review can ignore the first response of 3/16. Is there any way to get responses erased? That one is completely out of line.
