I lived there 2 years and the property has definitely went downhill and FAST. The grounds are a mess with dog crap and litter. The residents are rude and noisy for the most part. You're complaints are heard on deaf ears. Sure you can a good deal when you first move in and then if you want to renew they screw you. There are too many apartment complexes in the area. Drive around and talk to residents before you sign that lease. Good luck.
